We are honored to have had spent some time over a Skype conversation with the lovely Zoe Wild from Bliss Generation and Wild Life Coaching. She shares her inspirational spiritual journey that started with and atheist family upbringing on the East Coast to the film industry in L.A. to being a Buddhist nun in Burma and back to sharing the Dharma in the US. Other topics of discussion: Making practice practical and useful is what it is all about. Having found true bliss and self-love before trying to teach it. The best way to engage and have an authentic lesson from a teacher starts with a question. Using interaction with animals as direct feedback for how we are projecting authentic energy. Is manifesting different the surrendering? Creating our own world without the use of ego and the potential traps of “The Secret”. Exploring the question, “How is there room for intension in a space of no-self”? The spiritual path does take you where the ego thinks it’s going to. Ultimately, we are not in control of anything. But relatively we are here to play with our experience. Resting and action are NOT mutually exclusive. Discussing semantics; joy is not the same as happiness. Not relating spiritual peak experiences to be the goal, all the while allowing the path to be one of joy. Finding the love for your practice is like finding to love to your partner. Doing a gratitude practice to help bring more joy into our path. Not having delusions about reality but still seeing the importance of joy. Only place you can find security and stability is within. Love, be and except yourself. Allow your joy, for Christ-sake. Wake up and enjoy life. Music: by Clouds Over Moscow ………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
